This is a catalogue of work by Doulton artist Lily Partington.
Lily Partington worked at Doultons in the first quarter of the 20th century. At some stage she was promoted to being a senior Assistant. In view of her dates, she may well have been a daughter of the more eminent Emily Partington. She was prolific and much of her work has survived. Her output consisted of both tubelined and pigment brushlined items.
We have examples of decorative work carried out by Lily Partington as an assistant to Frank Butler and also Vera Huggins.
