Two for the price of one! A superb condition medium sized Doulton Lambeth vase signed by both Hannah and Lucy Barlow.
This 9.25" vase has the monogram of Hannah Barlow and her design number 707, and of Lucy Barlow and her design number 637. It also has the incised monogram of Emma Martin, the Doulton Lambeth impressed mark and the date 1883. The vase has four working horses, two of them harnessed in tandem.
The vase is in excellent original condition, with no cracks. There is a small amount of roughness to the base rim due to the presence of kiln grit.
