Royal Doulton Art Deco vase by Jane Hurst

A mint condition Royal Doulton Art Deco 12" vase by one of Doultons most prolific and imaginative ceramic artists - Jane Hurst.

The shape of this vase is shown on p220 of Desmond Eyles' 'The Doulton Lambeth Wares, dating it to the 1930s. The vase has the impressed Doulton Lambeth Mark with Crown and lion and the monogram of Jane Hurst (twice). It also has the series number 8244.

The vase is in perfect condition with no cracks, chips, restoration, or crazing.
