A 6.75in (17cm) Art Deco vase from the 1930s designed by Vera Huggins and crafted by Florrie Jones.
Underneath, the vase has the impressed Doulton Circle Mark with Lion (1922 onwards), and the monograms of both Vera Huggins and Florrie Jones. The surface of the vase is sculpted around the upper part with small brightly coloured jewel-like panels. The combination of a part-textured and part-smooth surface with some of the areas being glazed and some not glazed is a characteristic of Vera Huggins' work.
The vase is in perfect condition with no chips, cracks, crazing or restoration.
