An unusual Art Deco Royal Doulton globular matt finish stoneware vase by Florrie Jones with glazed circular motifs
The vase is 15cm tall, and about 17cm in diameter. The circular patterns are all part glazed, either the inner or the outer circle, but never both. The vase has the impressed Doulton Circle mark with Lion, and the signature of Florrie Jones in monogram. The dates when Florrie Jones worked at Lambeth are not known, but stylistically the vase appears to come from the 1930s.
The vase in is perfect condition with no cracks, chips, crazing or restoration.
