A pair of very pretty Doulton Lambeth Silicon ware floral vases. As there is no assistant’s mark, one must assume that the decoration is “all her own work”!

The 7.5in (18.5cm) Doulton Lambeth Silicon ware vases have the impressed Doulton Lambeth Silicon ware mark. They are both signed in monogram by Florence C Roberts and numbered 186. They are dated 1882. The vases weigh a total of 1560g.

One vase had a couple of small chips to the top rim. These have been professionally and invisibly restored.
