Edith Lupton - a Doulton Lambeth 17.5cm (7in) vase – 258

The vase has the impressed Doulton Lambeth mark, the monograms of Edith Lupton and her assistant Harriet Hibbut, and the date, 1876. It is numbered by 258 by Edith Lupton. The vase weighs 525g.

The vase is in totally original condition. It has no chips, cracks, crazing, significant scratches or restoration. One white bead is missing, but, as the area is glazed ove, the loss must have been prior to its final kiln firing.
