A lovely matched pair of 7.75in (19cm) vases in superb condition, with a left handed pattern on one and a right-handed pattern on the other. They are numbered 590 and 591.
The vases have the impressed Doulton Lambeth mark and the date 1881. They are monogrammed by both Clara Barker and her assistant Emily Welch. They have Clara Barker numbers 590 and 591. The vases weigh 1270g.
The vases are in original condition, with no cracks, chips, crazing, restoration or significant scratches. The only defect is that about 3 very small beads are damaged, probably dating from the time of manufacture.
