Mark Marshall - a Royal Doulton 34.5cm (13.25in) vase - 662

This statuesque 13.25in (34.5cm) Doulton Lambeth vase shows Mark V Marshall at his best. Made in the first decade of the 20th century, the design of the vase is well in advance of its period. Who would not believe that it was the product of the 1930s? The vase weighs 2163g.

The vase has the Royal Doulton Lambeth mark with crown and lion. It has a coded date mark (“h”) for 1907. It is signed in monogram by Mark Marshall and numbered 662.
