A pair of medium sized Doulton Lambeth vases with lively colouring. The vases are intricately detailed with a variety of patterns, floral, fruit and geometric. Even the top rim has been divided into segments with painstaking precision and detail.
The 25cm (10in) pair of vases has an impressed Doulton Lambeth mark with the date 1886. They also each have the incised monograms of Edith Lupton and two assistants, together with Edith Lupton’s design number 790.
The vases weigh a total of 3300g.
The vases are in excellent condition, but have been professionally restored around the top rims. Apart from that they are in mint condition.
