A lovely Doulton Lambeth jardiniere in the best of Victorian traditions, with flowing lines and applied decoration. It will take a flower pot up to 16cm (6.5in).
The jardiniere has an impressed Doulton Lambeth mark with the word 'England', dating it to the period 1892-1902. It also has the design number 9201, and an incised monogram 'LB'. The jardiniere weighs 1979g.
The jardiniere is in excellent condition. A chip to the rim has been professionally restored, but part from that it is in totally original condition.
